Shiblee injured his knee at the age of 15 playing soccer. It was through the process of diagnosis, reconstruction and rehabilitation he realised the true value of physiotherapy, and decided to pursue it as a career.
Shiblee graduated from the University of Sydney in 2007, and started his career at Liverpool Hospital. He soon decided that his passion lay in modern treatment of sports and musculoskeletal injuries to guide people to return to their best. Since then he has worked as a private clinician, caring for people of the community across a large range of abilities and age groups. Outside of this he has always enjoyed being a part of local and more elite sporting teams, including:

When Shiblee is not working he enjoys bushwalking with his wife and 2 children, and trying new cuisines and foods - the weirder the better! You may also find him working out in the gym at Engadine Leisure Centre.

Dr. Rhiannon Dowla (PhD)

Rhiannon is an experienced Exercise Physiologist, having worked in a range of setting including public hospital and private clinics. She has experience working with a vast array of health conditions, and prides herself on a tailored approach to her clients' needs.
Within Rhiannon's wide range of experiences, she has a special interest in working with people experiencing mental health conditions and in perinatal health.
Rhiannon recently completed her PhD evaluating the use of exercise as a treatment for substance use disorders. She also currently works at the University of Sydney as a researcher and lecturer.
When Rhiannon isn't at work you will find her chasing after her two kids or training aerial silks!

Kareena Braunig

After completing high school, Kareena began her journey into allied health through her Diploma of Remedial Massage. After five years of combined corporate and clinical massage experience, Kareena decided to continue developing her skills in healthcare.
After completing her Bachelors of Sport and Exercise Science degree, Kareena decided to pursue physiotherapy as a career in Canberra. She found passion in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, where she is able to use her unique set of skills and experience in massage, manual therapy and exercise prescription to benefit her clients.
Kareena enjoys seeing her clients improve and recover using evidence-based therapy that is personalised to her clients' preferences.

When Kareena is not working she enjoys switching off by walking her dog and going for swims.
