Our women’s health Exercise Physiologist offers specialised exercise programming and advice regarding your current life stage or medical concerns to assist you to achieve your goals. We can help with

  • Appropriate physical activity and exercise for your particular life stage, for example over 40 years of age, over 60 years of age, or per-menopause. Each stage has unique health considerations and goals.

  • Exercise to manage, or in consideration of, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis, and other gynaecological conditions

​

 

  • Physical activity and exercise programs to manage symptoms, and in consideration of, peri-menopause, menopause, and cardiovascular and bone health through this transition

 

  • Pelvic floor related conditions including incontinence and pelvic pain

 

  • Lipoedema management
